Send a file with a time limit
The browser encrypts the file contents and original filename with a fresh random key using authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption. The server stores the encrypted bytes, size, expiry and download count. The key stays after # in the shared link.
The recipient presses Download and decrypt. Opening the page alone does not use a download. The server removes the temporary file after its download limit or expiry. Encrypted copies may remain in hosting backups until their normal retention ends.
The sender can delete the upload while the result remains in this tab. This tool does not scan file contents. Open received files only when you trust the sender.
