Review a Takeout activity file locally
In Google Takeout, choose a JSON export for the activity you want to inspect. Extract the archive on your device, then open one activity JSON file here. The explorer recognizes records with titles and ISO timestamps.
Search titles, filter by product or activity-control category, and use a UTC date range. Product counts can overlap because one record may name more than one product. Categories are available only when the source includes them.
Export only the view you selected
The JSON download contains normalized timestamps, titles, products, categories and headers for matching records, plus a summary. It omits other source fields, including locations, embedded links and device details. It is still personal activity data, so review it before sharing. Nothing here deletes the original activity from your Google Account.
