Share settings without the credentials
WireGuard and OpenVPN configurations often mix ordinary connection options with private keys, certificate blocks, passwords, script commands and local file paths. This tool reads supported syntax and removes those fields to make a redacted example for troubleshooting.
Endpoints can identify a connection
The optional endpoint setting removes supported server addresses, local address settings and peer identifiers. If you turn it off, those details remain. Comments are always removed because they can contain names, notes or copied credentials.
Review every retained line before sharing the result. The scrubbed copy is not a working connection profile. Unknown directives, unclosed blocks and ambiguous syntax are rejected, since passing them through could leave a secret behind.
No connection is made
The tool does not contact the VPN server or read referenced files. UTF-8 configuration files up to 1 MiB are processed in this browser. Keep your original working configuration separately.
