Create a standalone ICS calendar event with validated UTC times and optional title, location and description, without attendee or organizer fields.

Create a standalone ICS event file. This tool does not send invitations, contact a calendar service or include an attendee or organizer. All times below are UTC, not your local time.

Use YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ, for example 2026-10-22T12:00:00Z. Convert local times to UTC before entering them.


  





    
  

  
Create a standalone event file


Enter the start and end as UTC timestamps. The browser checks that the dates exist and the end follows the start. Your calendar app can then display the event in its local time zone. This form does not convert a local time zone or create recurring events.


Title, location and description are optional. The ICS contains a fresh event identifier and creation timestamp, with no attendee, organizer or email address. Downloading the file does not send an invitation or modify a calendar.


Review the readable ICS preview before sharing. The file is plaintext and includes any details you enter. Import behavior varies between calendar apps, so check the event times in your intended app.
