Share the current message with less history
Reply chains often carry older messages, contact details and signatures that are unrelated to the text you want to share. This cleaner trims a plain-text email at common English reply and forwarding markers. It can also remove a leading email-header block and common signature markers.
Trimming needs a review
The first quoted-history marker ends the retained message. That also removes any inline replies written after it. A sentence that happens to look like a reply marker can cause an early cut. Check the preview against your original and turn off a setting when it removes something you need.
Signature detection uses the conventional double-hyphen separator and a few common mobile signatures. It does not try to identify every personal sign-off. Names, addresses and other details inside the retained message remain.
Plain text only
Paste the decoded text shown by your mail app or open a UTF-8 text file up to 2 MiB and 50,000 lines. Full .eml files, MIME attachments and encoded message parts are not supported. Nothing is sent to a mail service or stored on the server.
