Up to 16 MiB and 20 PDF pages, or one PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 12 million pixels. OCR checks at most the first 5 pages at 2 million pixels per page. Text extraction is capped at 1 million characters. OCR can miss text, small writing and other languages.

Review the exported copy

A black box placed over PDF text may leave that text selectable underneath. Review the copy you will actually send. This tool extracts supported PDF text, reports available metadata and annotations, and looks for the phrases you enter. Image metadata markers are reported without certifying their contents.

Visible text needs a separate check

Optional English OCR looks at rendered pixels. It can miss small, low-contrast, rotated or non-English text. Only the first five PDF pages receive OCR. PDF text extraction does not cover every hidden object, attachment or unsupported feature. A report with no phrase matches is not a safety certificate. Open and inspect every exported page yourself.
